Hi, I’m Rachel, a Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Energy Healer and Shamanic Practitioner, offering gentle, supportive treatments to help you relax, restore balance and reconnect with yourself.

People often come for support with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, life changes, or simply because they would like time to rest, recharge and experience deep relaxation. My approach is warm, compassionate and client-centered and I create a safe, calm, supportive and peaceful space where you can pause from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you are looking to ease stress, find deep relaxation, restore your energy, or simply enjoy a moment of peace and self-care, I will tailor your session to meet your individual needs. I offer Reiki, Reflexology, Energy Healing and Shamanic Energy Healing, drawing on a range of techniques to support your wellbeing in a gentle and nurturing way.
